Active Yoga 9:30am-10:45am Mon., Wed., & Fri.,'s / Active Yoga 7:15pm-8:30pm Tuesday Evening's / Active Yoga 8:00am-9:00am Saturday Morning's/ Restorative Yoga Monday's 11:00am-Noon AND Saturday's 9:00am-10:00am Come and try all fitness levels Welcomed!!!

Prices

1st class is always FREE!
4 Classes = $36.00 / 8 Classes = $64.00 / 11 Classes = $77.00 / Unlimited Monthly Pass = $99.00 / All Classes are good for 30 days. / Drop in = $15.00

Childcare

Childcare is available on site for $2.00 per child on Monday, Wednesday and Friday am classes only.

What to Bring

Water, comfy workout clothes, smile and friends! If your new to yoga I do have yoga mats, straps, blocks, and yoga balls to use. Then with time you may want to buy your own.

June Is Almost Done/Hello July

Namaste' to all,

I am thrilled summer is here and I am back from all my travels. Granted it is a blessing to travel, and I'm thankful for needed time away, however it does make me realize how wonderful life is here in Eagle River, Alaska. I was also lucky to take another great Yoga training by YogaFit, got to know a lot of beautiful folks and the best part getting to learn more about this way of life-called Yoga.

Lots going on this summer, Yoga in the Park's on Monday's and Kids Yoga coming in July on Monday's as well.

Hope to see you at class, out in our perfect town, and climbing the mountains.
